The provinces long-term energy plan, released in December 2013, projected a 42 percent rise in home power bills by 2018. It is expected that electricity bills will rise by 68 percent by 2032. The cost of industrial enterprises will also rise, by 33 percent in the next 3 years and 55 percent in the next 20.
